Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once order has been processed, it becomes final and cannot be changed or canceled. We kindly ask you to carefully review all the details before confirming your checkout to ensure accuracy.

Do you provide exchange options?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our customers.
If you would another size/style, you may need to place a new order via our website.
I have received defective or incorrect order.
In the event that an item is received damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement subject to our assessment.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, do drop us an email at contact@barebones.sg.
Timeline for order processing and delivery
Orders will be processed within a span of 3 business days, dispatching from Singapore. It's important to note that processing time might extend to 5-7 days during festive seasons and sale events.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number for reference.
For local (Singapore) orders:
Standard Courier Delivery, 2-3 business days - SGD3.90
For International orders:
Standard shipping 10-14 business days(estimated)- SGD9.90 {expect to have longer delivery time due to customs clearance}
Please note that, delivery charges will borne by client for failed attempt delivery.
Shipping FEE
All orders within Singapore are shipped using J&T Express, a reliable delivery service that covers the entire island, with the exception of restricted zones as specified on their website.
All International orders will be shipped using two trusted delivery partners: FedEx and Express Service by Qexpress.
Singapore: We now provide complimentary local standard delivery for orders exceeding $60. For orders below $60, a delivery charge of $3.90 applies. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 10pm, excluding Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays.
International Orders: We offer delivery by FedEX International Economy which takes 4-7 business day from Singapore.
Who held the responsibilities of additional charges for customs or import duties and taxes?
Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, they assume responsibility, and BareBones is no longer liable. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit to destinations outside of Singapore. Duties and taxes may vary depending on your local tax system, and we are unable to provide this information during checkout. Please contact your local post office or carrier for details on accepted payment methods for duties, taxes, and other fees upon delivery. BareBones includes a commercial invoice stating the full value paid for international shipments.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of redelivery.
In the event that a shipment from BareBones is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as any import and return fees incurred upon the item's delivery back to us.
PAYMENT
What PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, BareBones only accepts all payment method provided by ShopPay, for both local and international customers. All transaction fees charged by ShopPay will be fully absorbed by BareBones.
Can I combine discounts?
Please note that our promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Only one promo code can be applied per checkout.
In which currency are the prices listed?
By default, all prices are listed in Singapore Dollar(SGD). However, you have the option to change the currency display on our website. Simply look for the currency selection option located at the top left of the Home page or the bottom right of the footer menu.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Can I request for return?
Thank you for shopping at BareBones. We take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In order to maintain strict hygiene standards and ensure the safety of our customers, we do not provide returns or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
1. Due to hygiene reasons, orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our customers.
2. Quality Assurance: A. We take every precaution to ensure that our products are in excellent condition when they leave our premises. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to maintain our quality standards.
B. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team {contact@barebones.sg} within 3days days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

By making a purchase from BareBones.sg, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this "No Refund or Exchange" policy.
In the unlikely event that you delivery is not identical to your order (wrong or missing), please send us an email contact@barebones.sg with your order number within 3 days upon receiving the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Return must be notified of, confirmed and returned to us within 14 days (Domestic Orders) and 30days (International Orders) upon confirmation of return from our customer service.
Return shipping costs will be bare by the client thus we recommend you to opt for delivery service that enables us to track. BareBones will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, items must be in unworn condition. Returns that did not pass the assessment or lost parcel in the shipping parcel will be denied and held responsible by the client. Refunds will usually processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received.
If you would like to exchange the order due to wrong ring size or to other products, you will need to place a new order via our website.
